About Aurora
I help leaders and teams develop emotional intelligence that actually sticks, combining practical strategies with wellness and personal growth insights to create lasting transformation.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve guided thousands of people through self-discovery and healing as an award-winning self-help author and educator, helping them overcome emotional blocks and move forward in life, relationships, and work. My books, which explore these themes of personal transformation, have reached readers worldwide with over 60,000 copies sold, have translations into Korean and Russian languages, and have received recognition as a Gold Winner at the 2021 Coalition for Visionary Resources Awards.
In my years of working with people of all kinds, I’ve noticed that growth always comes back to two things: relationships and work. At the root of both is emotional intelligence—the awareness of patterns, hidden blocks, and the way we interact with the world. I’ve seen individuals completely transform their relationships and careers through this self-awareness and communication work. Building on that foundation, I’ve helped business owners design and grow their businesses, and now I bring that expertise into another level, into corporations and organizations, guiding teams to connect, collaborate, and perform at their best.
My corporate background includes writing, marketing, and training, giving me firsthand insight into how communication, voice, and delivery shape outcomes. I’ve experienced how emotional intelligence influences team growth and dynamics, and I’ve worked directly with leaders to help them cultivate those skills in themselves and their teams.
Alongside practical strategies, I integrate innovative techniques drawn from my wellness and personal growth experience—breathing practices, somatic awareness, and working with archetypes and elemental psychology—to unlock deeper patterns, shift dynamics, and create meaningful, lasting change.
When I’m not guiding teams or writing, you’ll find me traveling the world (Scotland holds a special place in my heart), hiking, capturing life through photography, exploring history, writing fiction, or playing with interior design and art.
Curious how these approaches could help your team or organization? Let’s start a conversation. I’d love to explore how we can work together to bring EQ techniques to your teams and leadership.
